A phone waiting. Or who waited too long.
The screen is held together with Velcro. Because what is displayed can change. Because what hasn't been said can still be expressed differently. Because a missed call is never truly over.
Each screen represents a possible message: one regret. a silence. a sentence that was never sent an alternative version of the story.
You can't bring someone back into the past. But we can choose what we leave visible.
Missed Calls, It's a collection about failed attempts. the vibrations ignored the words stuck between two rings.
